I've implemented this tape a lot of instances but couldn't come across it not too long ago in the hardware retailer or retailers like Household Depot or Lowe's. Far superior to the frequent "Painter's Tapes" it definitely (applied appropriately) keeps the paint where it belongs. All tapes have to be applied and then sealed with a fingernail, coin or some such item, but this 1 functions the best. The only areas that I've located that it does not work is on bricks and metal (radiator covers, etc.). I fix that predicament by masking with common painters' tape and then applying the paper tape to that.
