The Wiremold White Cordmate II kit contains almost everything you need to hold wires and cords inside a space-saving cord channel that's flexible and hinged, and easily snaps opens and shut. The peel and stick self-adhesive backing is conveniently attached onto baseboards or walls, and the white PVC components can be painted or stained to match a room's color. This kit is excellent for holding networking cables and audio/video wiring.

Client Evaluations

I am a wire nazi and like all my A/V cables run neat. Having said that, just after my new LCD was mounted I had a power cable and HDMI cable ruining the appear. I did not want to rip through drywall, route around fireplace vents, drill by way of 6 studs, and refinish drywall to make it look good. Maybe 1 day I will, but not yet. I posted images of the prior to and immediately after condition.
Wiremold Cordmate II was an ideal answer:
1) Affordable
2) Simple and easy to install
three) Pretty pratical and funtional
4) Looks fine
five) Person pieces available (elbows, corners, etc.)
Install took maybe 1 hour total to plan, measure, cut, and paint (20 minutes of actual function 40 for paint drying). I painted just before install and discovered that applying paint with a modest brush and then working with a small, dry roller gave a very finished look. Also make confident your cables are plenty long adequate (with some alpha element) before installing. Do not plan on operating a ton of cables by way of this version - power, HDMI, and perhaps a coaxial would be it.
I was especially skeptical about the cordmate's potential to hold in corner with thick cables. I had an inside and outside 90 degree elbow inside three inches which is a lot of force to hold. But the double sided tape is really sturdy and holding fairly very good.
Possibly the only minor downside would be ability to add or adjust cables. It does open, but it takes some pressure. So make confident to feed all wires needed first before taping to wall.
General, this wire nazi is particularly impressed and would very advise.

Got this item to conceal the wires that would hang in between my wall mounted 42 inch plasma Tv and the entertainment stand below it which holds my cable box and DVD player. There were three wires to conceal in all - cable box wire (normal coaxial cable thickness) HDMI wire from DVD player to Television (slightly thinner than coaxial cable) and cable for Television plug to wall (rather thick for some purpose). The cableholder just barely held these 3 cables (but it did hold them. keep in mind you dont have to get the head of the cable through the cordmate - it can open up so you can clip it more than the hanging cables (especially convenient). The cordmate is also incredibly paintable to match your walls. paint ahead of you stick it on wall and use a roller not a brush. I put to use a brush at initial and it was tougher to paint and was leaving brush lines (could have been brush I was applying but...). Anyway, really good product and inexpensive - I would invest in once again for such makes use of. simpler to cut as properly than I believed it would be.
